Creator Terms

1. Creator Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• You must have an active TikTok account or demonstrate relevant creator credentials
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on income earned through TikImpact
• US-based creators earning over $600/year must submit a W-9 form
• Non-US creators may be required to submit a W-8BEN for certain payment thresholds

2. Creator Profile Standards

Your creator profile is public and serves as your portfolio for brand opportunities. You must:

• Provide accurate follower counts, engagement rates, and niche information
• Not misrepresent your audience demographics, reach, or past brand experience
• Keep your profile data current (TikImpact may verify via TikTok API)
• Use a real profile photo and accurate biographical information

Fraudulent profile data constitutes material breach and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.

3. Hub Collaboration Rules

• When you accept a collaboration offer, you enter a binding commercial agreement with the brand
• Deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms are specified in the collaboration agreement
• You must disclose sponsored content in compliance with FTC (US), ASA (UK), and applicable local advertising standards
• Off-platform solicitation of brands you met on TikImpact is prohibited for 12 months after the last collaboration
• Disputes must be filed through the TikImpact Hub dispute process before pursuing external remedies

4. Commission and Fees

TikImpact charges a platform commission on completed Hub collaborations:

Commission is deducted from the brand payment before funds are released to your TikImpact balance. All amounts are displayed before you accept any offer.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

Completed collaboration earnings are added to your TikImpact balance after a 7-day clearance period. Withdrawal options:

• Bank transfer (SWIFT) — available globally, 3-5 business days
• Minimum withdrawal: $50 USD
• Withdrawal processing time: 5-7 business days
• International wire fees may apply depending on your bank

Note: Automatic payment processing is being configured. During the launch period, withdrawals are processed manually by the TikImpact team.

6. Creator Content Standards

All content you produce under TikImpact collaborations must:

• Comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and advertising policies
• Accurately represent the brand's product or service
• Include required disclosure tags (#ad, #sponsored, or local equivalent)
• Not contain misleading health, safety, or financial claims
• Not target or exploit minors

7. Academy Instructor Terms

If you teach on TikImpact Academy:

• Instructor revenue share: 70% to instructor, 30% to TikImpact
• You retain intellectual property rights to your course content
• You grant TikImpact a license to host, promote, and deliver your course
• Course content must be original, accurate, and appropriate for the stated skill level
• Minimum course length: 30 minutes of video content

8. Suspension and Termination

Creator accounts may be suspended for:

• Misrepresentation of audience data or identity
• Failure to deliver committed content without valid cause
• Repeated brand complaints about content quality
• Off-platform solicitation within the restricted period
• Violation of FTC / ASA disclosure requirements

Upon termination, pending earnings for completed and verified deliverables will be paid out after the standard 7-day clearance period.
