DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Overview

If you believe that content on TikImpact infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). TikImpact will promptly remove or disable access to infringing content upon receipt of a valid notice.

Please note: submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Only submit a notice if you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated agent:

We target to respond and act within 24 business hours of a complete, valid notice.

3. Required Information

A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

• Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., URL of your original work, registration number)
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on TikImpact (specific URL)
• Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address
• Statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• Statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Incomplete notices will not be processed. We will contact you for missing information if possible.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal
• Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• Statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, TikImpact will notify the original complainant and restore the content within 10-14 business days, unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

TikImpact terminates the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. "Repeat infringers" are users for whom TikImpact has received more than two valid DMCA takedown notices within any 12-month period.

We maintain records of all DMCA notices and counter-notices. Accounts identified as repeat infringers are permanently terminated without refund.
